The micronization process is an enabling technology for water-saving fabric processing systems.
This technology "incorporates micronization and nebulization techniques" through the use of air nanobubbles (Jeanologia’s e-flow) instead of water. These systems apply finishing chemicals (such as softeners or dyes) via these nanobubbles, making the treatment much more efficient and reducing water consumption by about 95% compared to traditional bulk washing or dyeing methods.
